Eric Series pioneered the FMS Acquisition strategy and has been Chairman since 2011. Eric completed his studies of law and economics in Paris. Since 2000, his advisory business has focused on the introduction of investment capital to high value global projects. He is the chairman of Avenport Investment Corporation (a private equity company), a board member of Bramer Bank and a former director of Fairmont Raffles Hotels International.
ALI WILLIAMS Independent Director
Ali Williams is currently involved in the commercial property sector in New Zealand. Prior to that, Ali enjoyed a 17 year professional rugby career, both in New Zealand and overseas, winning 77 caps for the All Blacks and winning the 2011 Rugby World Cup. Ali devotes much of his time to charitable work with the two charities he set up being Kid’s Can and iSports. Ali started his business career while still a professional player in the bottled water and clothing sectors

Ulrich Gottschling serves as the President and CEO of Willard Marine. Prior to this, Ulrich was Both COO and CFO of AnyDATA Corporation, and also served as the CFO of Srs Labs from 2006 to 2011 after building a successful career as a principal accounting officer & treasurer. He has over 20 years of experience in public companies.
MARK BROADLEY CEO & Shareholder
Mark Broadley started his career in investment banking in Europe and Asia before becoming finance director of the Hong Kong & Shanghai hotels. Subsequently he founded a private equity business, Voyager Partners, which focused on the hotel sector and is now an active investor in a number of businesses, including Future Mobility Solutions.
