Mark Broadley started his career in investment banking in Europe and Asia before becoming finance director of the Hong Kong & Shanghai hotels.
Subsequently, he founded a private equity business, voyager partners, focused on the hotel sector and now is an active investor in a number of businesses, including Sealegs International and Samoa Water. He also serves as an independent non-executive director of L'occitane International, a global cosmetics group which is listed on the Hong Kong stock exchange where he chairs the audit committee. Eric Series completed his studies of law and economics in Paris. Since 2000, his advisory business has focused on the introduction of investment capital to high value global projects.
He is the chairman of Avenport Investment Corporation, a private equity company, a board member of Bramer Bank and a former director of Fairmont Raffles Hotels International. Eric is experienced in the global positioning of luxury brands. He is chairman of the board of Sealegs International, based in New Zealand. |
Hon Dr Wayne Mapp graduated LLB (Hons) in 1976 from University of Auckland and LLM from University of Toronto in 1977. He did his PhD in international law at Cambridge University, graduating 1988.
Dr Mapp is a Law Commissioner appointed in 2012 for a five year term. He served as the MP for the North Shore electorate from 1996 to 2011. From 2008 to 2011 he was Minister of Defence and Minister of Science and Technology. Dr Mapp was in private practice from 1977 to 1982. He taught commercial law and international law at the University of Auckland from 1984 to 1996 and was appointed Associate Professor in 1992. |
